The resolutions contain material that the government discussed. If the resolution contains classified information pursuant to Act No. 412/2005 Coll., On the protection of classified information and on security clearance, it is not published.
Note: The system refers to the current version of the material. If the government has approved changes to the material under discussion, it is possible that the submitter has already incorporated them and the material has proceeded in the approval process. Thus, the reference does not always refer to the version of the material discussed by the government.
Materials of a legislative nature are accessible to the public, ie drafts of substantive intentions of laws, drafts of laws, decrees and government regulations, including the settlement of comments.
